For the market launch of Mira, we developed a comprehensive strategy including positioning, a distinctive communication approach, and a strong brand identity with the creation of the logo. The challenge was to design a brand image adaptable to two distinct locations, each targeting a different clientele.
We created a colorful, playful, and accessible identity, tailored for each building. This vision guided the production of eclectic and vibrant photorealistic 3D visuals, adapted to target personas, as well as the design of a high-performing website offering a smooth and intuitive user experience.

Livya deployed a suite of interactive web tools designed to streamline the leasing journey and support sales efforts. Intuitive 2D plan selectors allow users to explore units and availability, while interactive neighborhood maps help users better understand the surrounding environment. Designed as a cohesive digital ecosystem, the platform delivers a clear, immersive, and unified user experience, simplifying decision-making and optimizing leasing team performance.
